Butler Training Courses

Throughout the year and open to everyone, we offer an exclusive foundation level training course for groups of up to six trainees at a time or on an individual basis and if necessary we can tailor our training to fit around your needs or time constraints and we can also come to you.

Our potentially life changing course is based in a domestic city setting in the West of England and is open to both ladies and gentlemen and is specifically designed for those with a desire to fast track towards the role of a traditional butler and for those already in the hospitality industry.

The Trainer

A professional butler and perfect German speaker Nicholas has, since starting the school, trained over seventy people and has worked in virtually every country in Europe and for leading families, industrialists and business people and at one time for over a decade in Bavaria. He has run his own restaurant, spoken on BBC Radio, local radio and Meridian Television and has written articles for Amica Magazine Singapore, written a training manual for a Swiss Chalet staff company and has three books published for the National Trust, the first of which, “A Butler’s Guide to Table Manners” is currently a best seller.
